The glTFast package officially suggests people to install via the Unity Registry as described at https://github.com/atteneder/glTFast/blob/main/Documentation~/installation.md.
This package checks for the original Package ID (before Unity made it available in the registry). I am teaching an XR Design class using this plugin, and a lot of non-technical students got lost finding the supported glTFast version to install. This should make it significantly easier to use the plugin for a lot of people.
Please let me know if I've missed anything. Happy to update my changes if needed.
