Icon info - Links to habbopages

The information icon has been created to open the habbopages.

They have been changed to:

• Browser
• Camera
• Habbo Club (HC Center)
• In the field where you write, if you have the cursor over it, it is shown, it is removed when you remove the cursor from the chat.

the new button looks out of place, add a dark border/or inner shadow like the red button does, and add a flex-shrink-0 to the one in the chat input and it should make it not squished

make the one in the chat bar on hidden but shown on hover like the one in flash and position-absolute it to left: 100%
