Lets add some of the bias/variance over time plots from @Douglasmsw's deck to the _stats.qmd section of the model report. Specifically:

  • Predicted v actual variance by month (S10)
  • Gap in predicted v actual variance by month (S12)
  • Normalized bar plot of sale count v SSE by month (S14)
  • Time trending (pred v actual) of different property classes, similar to what already exists in the _model.qmd section
