Will be finalized once ATAC standards are set, but currently unpaired ATAC assay Datasets MUST BE all is_primary_data:True & MUST have a fragments file asset, paired ATAC assay Datasets representing gene activity matrix are not allowed.
So the following updates will be required for data to remain valid once 5.3 is released:
