• Employers will pay per job listing. Each listing is for 30 days to ensure that the site is always fresh. We will notify the employer when their listing is about to expire to see if they want to close the listing or renew it.
• Kind of like a dating site for companies and job seekers. Job seekers can indicate interest in a job listing, employers receive details about that person, and can decide whether to “get coffee.”
