Weeks 4-5 updates (3/11/2023)

Some highlights:

  • Implemented most game state pages and updated the transitions between them, including the job select, migrant select, and the new Assistance select state after the 1st and 3rd months.
  • Created the first version of the game dashboard
  • Added game data persistence with local storage
