Special release for WFP (removed dev nav)

Highlights:

  • English-Spanish translations mostly complete throughout game and start page
  • General styling and formatting improvements
  • General game updates
    • Completed game end state, allowing users to try again or view policy/about page
    • Fixed bug #11 where game would crash when leaving the game end page
    • Dashboard values animate after user makes decision that affects resources
