Add Chinese guide translation markdown file

I have completed the translation of the guide, please see this issue: #3057

It seems that adding i18n function requires modifying the source code of this website(https://raw.githubusercontent.com/cncf/landscapeapp/master/netlify/server.js), so this PR only submit the Chinese guide translation markdown file.( guide_zh.md )

I tried the rendering effect of the translated file locally (by directly replacing the original guide.md file)The renderings are as follows:
