add_department_to_user

I want to allow a user to edit an additional department:

1. Login as an admin at www.projectcomport.org/login
2. Go to the admin dashboard www.projectcomport.org/admin
3. Find the user in the list
4. Click edit
5. Hold Control or Command and select as many departments as is appropriate in the select box
6. Click save
