METbaseimage-1.0

Release Notes

This is the initial release of the new METbaseimage repository. This work was previously done in the MET repository. It includes the files necessary for Docker to build images of the necessary environment for running the MET software and its unit tests.

Includes the following Issues:

• Add initial files needs for creating the MET environment docker image #1
