Minor update, most noticeable change is the added Update Interval parameter.

Changes

Changed a lot of Domoticz.Log statements to Debug statements to decrease log clutter
Added update interval parameter and related code to get it working
The plugin now leaves the connection to the API open when the next heartbeat is within 20 seconds.
