All, saw bug in stage.

Date/time occurred

Indicate the date/time the bug was realized.

Description

When a failed deposit is retried, if the retry fails, the Deposit status will change from Failed to Submitted even though the retry failed.

Steps to Reproduce

See above.

Expected Results

When retrying a failed deposit, if the retry fails, the Deposit status should remain Failed.

Actual Results

See above.
