First release

First release of the snowgenerator tool. If you knew the old SecondTry.exe program - it is now something completely different. 1300 lines of code have been added; 500 removed. The highlight is of course the new command line options. Generally, the tool should now work much better in any aspect - however there are still crashes in the driver occurring from time to time.
