This is a lightweight bag of Vim goodies for Bundler, best accompanied by rake.vim and/or rails.vim. Features:
:Bundle
, which wrapsbundle
.- An internalized version of
bundle open
::Bopen
(and:Bsplit
,:Btabedit
, etc.). 'path'
and'tags'
are automatically altered to include all gems from your bundle. (Generate those tags with gem-ctags!)- Highlight Bundler keywords in
Gemfile
. - Support for
gf
inGemfile.lock
, plus syntax highlighting that distinguishes between installed and missing gems.
If you don't have a preferred installation method, I recommend installing pathogen.vim, and then simply copy and paste:
cd ~/.vim/bundle
git clone git://github.com/tpope/vim-bundler.git
Once help tags have been generated, you can view the manual with
:help bundler
