This isn’t specific to Helm charts.

The vulnerability was fixed in 0.18.0 with submariner-io/submariner-operator#3040, which was backported:

• to the 0.17 branch in 0.17.2 (Automated backport of #3040: Reduce submariner-operator RBAC permissions submariner-io/submariner-operator#3045)
• to the 0.16 branch in 0.16.4 (Automated backport of #3040: Reduce submariner-operator RBAC permissions submariner-io/submariner-operator#3046)
• to the 0.15 branch in 0.15.4 (Automated backport of #3040: Reduce submariner-operator RBAC permissions submariner-io/submariner-operator#3049)
