Companion to glencoesoftware/zeroc-ice-py-macos-x86_64#1, this aims to create a manylinux wheel for Python 3.11 so that we can start testing the OMERO Python stack under this environment.
As discussed with @chris-allan, the patches are strictly identical to the one on the OSX repositories and we might want to look into managing these in a central location
