This fixes #113.
Additionally, the sign-up/login process has been simplified. There is only a single page to login or sign up. Now, a "login by e-mail" is possible. This sends a code to the registered e-mail address without resetting the PhoneBlock password. Password reset is only possible by an explicit action on the settings page. The first login by e-mail creates a new account as the signup process did before.
