We all know devs are binging docs at 3am, let's not sear their eyes.
This re-enables dark mode based on system setting, and re-adds the light/dark toggle to the top nav. I review all major styles to make sure the theme looks nice and cohesive.
I scrolled through all pages to make sure there were no major visual glitches/inconsistencies and fixed the ones I did find. There weren't many.
Also removed some styles that weren't used anywhere.
