== Struggle of Empires

Board game design by Martin Wallace and published by Warfrog Games.

This piece of software should help you on the bid phase when you play by email or 
by using vassal.

== Known issue
The bid goes to the next person who won the bid instead of the person left of
the starter

1. Send mail to player when it is time to play.
2. Find a better way to include users in the game.
