Los cambios que no son 100% mantienen la línea original comentada encima. Funciona todo en mi experiencia excepto "User profile" en la página de admin. No hay tests ejecutados

Actualiza la versión de Python en el Dockerfile, la de Postgres en los composes y las de las librerías en requirements.txt.
Los cambios conflictivos mantienen la línea original comentada encima (temas de zonas horarias).
El apartado "User profile" de la página de administración da un error de plantilla de ckedit.
