These changes were performed by running pdk update and also manually updating the metadata.json.
Rakefile was not updated with PDK as it would lose changelog functionality (left for publishers discretion)
pdk validate and pdk test unit have been run successfully

Enhancements

Update dependencies to allow puppetlabs/cron <7 (canihavethisone)
Add Rocky 8 & 9 support (canihavethisone)
Add RedHat 9 support (canihavethisone)
Update PDK to v3.4.0
Update changelog and metadata

Breaking Changes

Drop RedHat 7 support (canihavethisone)
Drop CentOS 7 support (canihavethisone)
