How to Annotate Windows

• Wikipedia: Window

  • Draw a rectangle around the window and its frame

  • If it has open shutters, do not include them

  • If the window is set back (or just a hole), the rectangle is around the opening in the wall

  • We are after windows, not "glass walls"

    • Glass Curtain Walls (GGL). You may choose to annotate these as 'glass-wall' if you see it,

    • Exterior Windows (GGL). Call these 'window'

You may see window-groups (mutliple touching windows) and it is hard to decide whether this is one large window or many touching; use your best judgement.
