Multiple link custom fields

Expanded to provide up to five link custom fields. Textpattern 4.7.+ and 4.8.+ and PHP 7 + 8 compatibility.

Adds a single extra custom field of up to 255 characters to the Content › Links panel and provides a corresponding tag to output the custom field.
