* Main description of the project  

  soRvi is an algorithmic toolkit for Open Data in Finland,
  implemented in R open source statistical environment. The package
  provides convenient access to Finnish open data resources. The tools
  include functions for fetching, preprocessing, localization,
  analysis, integration and visualization of central governmental and
  other data resources.
