Bei reverse_charge Steuern gibt es eine Steuerrate die ungleich 0 ist und somit erwartet der Testfall auch eine Steuerbuchung.
Entsprechend die Filter-Abfrage auf Steuerrate 0 und keine eingetragene reverse_charge_chart_id
