NMOS-II (nano)processor description for Ghidra

This implements the Hewlett Packard (HP) NMOS-II processor for Ghidra

The NMOS-II (HP number 1818 2500) was used in early HP computers (2100 series) and plotters, e.g. the 9872C/T and 7220C plotters.
