Initial Troppical Re-release

For reasons, the previous releases got removed, This is the first release of the refactor basically meaning the app got rewritten

Note: Since this is the first release of a refactor, expect bugs. Please report anything weird you see to issues

Dropped Android
- Sadly, I cannot maintain an android version alone/ The files are still on the git tree for anyone else who is interested to bring it back
  PRs are welcomed
Refactored all the codebase to be separated into multiple files, also improved some of the function to be more reliable
Revamped the UI entirely
Added an initial settings page for the app
App can now be launched as admin on boot (setting), allowing to use more paths that had admin permission issues before
