Kind Quickstart: Add extraMount Option

Added two extra CLI arguments to quickstart kind:

extraMountHostPath and extraMountContainerPath.

extraMounts must be setup at the time nodes are created. So I had to change the quickstart plugin itself, rather than just applying the change after quickstart ran.

kn quickstart kind --registry --extraMountHostPath=/home/daniel/foo --extraMountContainerPath=/foo

We use kn-quickstart as a nice way to boostrap local developers environments for testing Knative before changes go to our real Knative development server.

Release Note

Added support for a Kind `extraMount` during cluster creation with the `extraMountHostPath` and `extraMountContainerPath` command line arguments.

I'm waiting for a knative-extensions member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.
