Targeting T cell plasticity in kidney and gut inflammation by pooled single-cell CRISPR screening

Repository to reproduce single cell analysis (See https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/sciimmunol.add6774). For analysis Python 3.8.0 with scanpy 1.9.1 and R 3.6.0 with Seurat v3.1 were used.
