When not explicitly set, the Pipelines UI queries the /pipeline/system/cluster-name and /pipeline/system/project-id endpoints, which cause the ml-pipeline-ui pods to crash when it's not deployed on GKE. Signed-off-by: mprahl <[email protected]>
