🐛 Fix golang version getter bash script in Makefile

What this PR does / why we need it:
This is fix for bug introduced in #340. CI job post-cluster-api-addon-provider-helm-push-images is utilizing BusyBox v1.35.0 (2022-08-01 15:14:44 UTC) multi-call binary set, which has number of limitations for grep, awk, etc. utilities.
This fix should work for regular OS as well for CI busybox.

LGTM as well pending tests passing. Have you verified this works with busybox? I don't think our CI uses it so it won't test that it solves your use case.

It happens in Kubernetes CI job (prow.k8s.io) and seems to gcr.io/k8s-staging-test-infra/gcb-docker-gcloud:v20221007-ad65926f6b image contains only BusyBox multi-call binary set for optimizing size. We are not using busybox in our CI.

In this case, we need to validate that all utility (sed, grep, awk, etc.) options utilizing inside the Makefile or any shell scrips which are running in CI (not only locally) are busybox compatible.
