Configure the MA data folder

The MA needs a folder configured to store the log and configuration files. This folder can be anywhere on the FIM Synchronization Server where the sync service account has read and write access to the location. The MA logs will be saved in this location, and storing the MA configuration file here (rather than in the extensions folder) will allow changes to the configuration file to take place without having to perform a full sync on the MA.
