Updated to latest Bootstrap release (4.0.0)

  • Fixed markup for search form (now it is on right side of navbar)
  • Added breadcrumbs for current directory indication.
  • Added SSI for fetching HTML file per-directory, if exists (need some additional testing, feel free to report bugs).
