TwitchIRC | Alpha v1.3

Sry for that late update but I was some busy, I got some private problems but well, Im back
Im bringing you the 1.3 alpha, almost all working, I need to make the Subscriber things and that stuff
Changed the return from the getViewers to List and added the getMods if needed

And Fully Documented
