due to multiple inclusion of header files within a single project
Added CMake variables DYNALO_INSTALL_API and DYNALO_BUILD_TEST to enable/disable usage of test app and installation of auxiliary files.

Well, fine. Let's do it as far as I see you have already integrated patch similar to the second one in my sequence. |
