Feel free to decline, but tape-run lets us see the test results in the terminal by running it in a headless electron client in the background.

maybe we could satisfy both use cases by having targets "test" and "example" or "test" and "test-live"

i dont feel strongly but my only beef with tape-run is it always downloads electron which seems kinda overkill, i'd rather have it be an opt-in thing
