Add CI Workflow

Description

This pull request introduces the following changes:

1. CI Workflow:
   • Added a GitHub Actions CI workflow to automate the build and test this example.
   • Docker build and run are tested as part of the workflow.

@RohanKrMahato I am trying to make it work but it does not work, and I do not have any clue why, it says util.parseArgs is not a function but it makes no sense, the version of node is 18.20 and it should support util.parseArgs so I cannot know why does it fail.
