Disentangle "Documentation" from scripts which happen to be documented using POD

At present demo scripts and similar executable perl scripts are lumped under "Documentation" in the list of contents of a distribution if the author chose to provide embedded POD documentation :-) and under "Other files" if there is no documentation at all :-(

As executables are readily identifiable by the #! on first line, would it not be more sensible to list all such items under a new "Scripts" heading?
