Fixes

• #3 fixed issue where exceptions were generated when creating or updating redirects for projects which have the CI and/or CD features of Xperience by Kentico enabled, due to the RedirectGUID field being ommitted from the installer.
  • When existing projects are upgraded, when the application starts for the first time, the RedirectGUID field is created and the field automatically populated with new GUIDs for any existing records which exist in the instance.
• Fixed an issue where the redirect middleware continued processing requests that were not for web pages.
