Please make a single Windows installer, combining the system installer and the user one.

Most other apps have a single installer.

You can also ask when a user first runs the installer if he wants to install the application for all users (system) or just for the current user.

And also, some users only during the installation process realize that they downloaded the installer for the user, and then they have to go to the site and look for the installer for the system, which is inconvenient.

There has already been such an issue #67089, but you closed the comments there, and you may reconsider your decision about this feature request.
