This new release will allow logins to Drupal sites to be restricted to members of a particular lookup group and/or lookup institution.
The new release will also update a user's "realname" in Drupal based on the value from lookup - if it has not already been filled in on the Drupal site.
There is also a new module - Simple Lookup [1.1] (https://gitlab.developers.cam.ac.uk/uis/webcms/drupal-modules/simple_lookup/-/tags/v1.1)
The simple lookup module is a dependency for the new version of the Raven module.

2.3 Full Profile

This release covers both the contents of versions 2.2 and 2.3. While version 2.2 of the profile was still undergoing internal testing, a new security fix for a module was released that made it necessary to begin a build of a new version (2.3). These notes cover the updates for 2.2 and 2.3.

If you are running Webform 3.x and intend to upgrade to this version of the Profile we recommend the following steps:

Add Webform 4.x to your sites/all/modules (or wherever your local site modules folder is)
Rebuild the registry so that Webform 4.x is acknowledged as the version being used.
Run updatedb in Drush or update.php in the browser
Disable Webform Conditional in /admin/modules.
Uninstall Webform Condition in /admin/modules.
Replace your current version of the Profile with this version (2.1)
Remove Webform from your local modules directory
Rebuild the registry again - this should now have Drupal picking up Webform from the profile again.

This version of the Profile is to support the Falcon-on-Drupal project, and will also be the new starting Profile for any UIS based Cambridge Drupal sites of all kinds going forwards from November 2018. The 1.x version of the profile will continue to receive security and maintenance upgrades. The UIS Drupal Team is working on a migration path from Profile 1.x to 2.x.
