About the PR
This PR adds a full array of dresses to the contractor loadout, which I believe were previously only accessible through RNG salvage, if at all.
Why / Balance
Very special request.
How to test
Contractor loadout items. Double check that the dresses appear and are accounted for. Wear whichever seems nicest.
