About the PR
Moves vox-specific loadouts into their own group, tank and all.
Vox in any role should start with a breath mask on, a tank in suit storage, and a tank harness that might be on the floor. NFSD roles will start with an NFSD gas mask equipped.
All of this loadout gear comes free with the role.
