About the PR
Made changes to SR locker content:
Added a box of handcuffs to allow SR to make none lethal arrests without the need to run to security to grab handcuffs that they forgot to have with the disabler.
Added the comms computer circuitboard as backup.
Removed the gold medal since they have the full case of medals with it inside.
