feat: add last published date to HistoryWidget

Description

This PR adds the "Last Published" date to the HistoryWidget.

Addition Information

• Display only published content and published titles/descriptions/previews when browsing content to insert into a course #1354 (comment)

Testing Instructions

• Open the library component sidebar
• Open the "Details" tab
• Check the new "Last Published" entity
