  • Removed the unnecessary infra_opsgenie action group reference.

Motivation and context

This change was required to simplify the configuration and avoid potential redundancy in alerting setups.

The infra_opsgenie action group reference was unnecessary and has been removed. This simplifies the configuration and eliminates potential redundancy in alerting setups.
