All implementation is done. CLI display will get touched up on. Will add to read me file to guide how to look into database after running project then terminating it (DB can only be looked at by one application at a time; FileLock).
Tests are only made on Service layer. Don't know if we need to cover other layers. I also will double check to make sure all Service layer methods are being tested.
