Read the `list.json` file to generate the XML files that can be used in the `<link rel="search" type="application/opensearchdescription+xml" ...` metadata. Also generate a `index.html` file that list all the OpenSearch present, and reference them in the header (`link rel="search"`). Use inline data image for now.
