[feature] check for new release and show the version on the UI

1. adding the capability to check for a new release and show if a new version is available

I couldn't find a way to get the current version, so it's hard-coded. However, if you have any ideas, please feel free to let me know.

2. probably should have been another PR, but removed DNS from porkbun provider name when showing prokbun to be more consistence with it's branding.

I just noticed in docker logs you print this :

Running version latest built on 2024-12-24T09:20:36.130Z (commit 78f3061)

which I couldn't figure out where it's coming from, if this is something I can access from the code, I can compare the commit sha's
