Things to improve/fix/refactor based on our latest changes

We are moving away from Config and ConfigSource and with that we have introduced DotrainYaml and OrderbookYaml struct. With these changes we have refactored a lot of different places in our repository. There are still things to do so this issue lists some of the things that needs to be done.

Existing issues:

• Adding a function to check if a field value is a preset Handle the isPreset check in rust for FieldDefinitions, like in Deposits #1134
• Deciding if we need to use token key instead of token address in TokenDeposit should topkenDepost.token be changed to "key"? Since it references Token.key from GuiDeposit #1131
• Adding a new function to clear a select token address A function "clearSelectTokenAddress" to reset to the fallback value for token addresses #1129
• Deciding if we need to change the returned object's name with a custom field value gui.getFieldValue returns a GuiPreset type, but i could also be a custom value #1128
• Fixing the return type for order detail wasm binding OrderDetail page query returns an Order, not an OrderWithSubgraphName  #1125
• Enabling seralization/deserialization for all the values that is updated in gui All GUI selections on top of the original .rain need to be serialisable and sharable #1120
• Handlebar replacement in yaml for contextual information Handlebars replacement for contextual information #1100

New issues:

• Adding update tests DotrainYaml/OrderbookYaml that uses multiple documents to make sure the correct document is updated
• Updating select tokens to return an empty map if select tokens could not be found in yaml
• Adding method to return name and description for gui
